{"get a stick before they become famous"}. STAG ANTLER TWISTY SILVER MAPLE CANE. This is NOT some yard-sale; fleamarket;or cheap import. This functional cane is made by me personally in my shop--using ordinary tools.

It is heirloom quality that will last the rest-of-your-life. For use in SUPPORTDRESS outing -or- just place in your hall-way cane/umbrella rack as an occasional uasge/collector stick. Stick can be used just as You would use a SHILLELAGH.

It is strong enough to be used in YOUR SELF-DEFENSE! Stick is designed to support 200+ lbs. Measures 39 inches - weight = 17 oz. All my handcrafted offerings are made-by-me-personally! There is no other party involved in the handiwork.

Most begin as gifts from'Mom-Nature' to be enhanced by my brain & hands. Each of my walking-sticks are the result of my own creativity. With few exceptions, each is signed, dated, and functional as stated. DR WHO full-twisty BONE HANDLE CANE/WALKING STICK. I created this cane from the one used in an original DR.

The cane is based on the prop used by William Hartnell (the 1st Doctor) in first TV season of Doctor Who in the mid 1960s. The HANDLE is a securely mounted section of Western Mule Deer Antler. A natural cured honeysuckle twisted SILVER MAPLE sapling is used for the shaft... Near 99% straight with a few natural knots, kinks, bumps.

Has all the knots; bumps; kinks you would expect from a Virginia woods sapling. Shaft is 1" diameter at antler attachment & tapers to 7/8" at bottom.

Shaft is sanded then polycoated for extra luster & protection. My logo & made-date is etched on the shaft. Bone handle to shaft jointure is secure and near 99% of perfect sizing! Deer antler handle is attached using a threaded steel dowl.

See photos for antler handle measure[s] it is pleasing to the hand--with a 95 degree'cane-handle-turn'! Maple sapling shaft is clear ploycoated has a rubber foot at bottom. Shaft also sports MY OWN COPPER MOUNTAIN [only a sample is shown] stick medallion w/related crafting data.

Easily trimmed for orthopedic cane fit. Born [cut from woods] 2/11/2004 - made AUG 1, 2014 these maker marks are etched on copper mountain. Parachute cord thong & leather i. Some testimonials of some past buyers below. Dear stickwithcharacter, Hello Tony, hope you are fine! The last walking sticks are favorites of pa, so hère we go again! You give me some days?

Will look for second one... All the best and greetings from France sincerely yours julie ps: you can shorten if i send mesure in cm? Ah my pa says your sticks best in world, lays good in hand - AFTER RECEIPT OF CANE Julie says. Hello Tony, thanks so much for wonderfull sticks, and thanks for the joy of my dad! Normaly he finds everytime something to do it "better", but not with your walking sticks!!

And he said that even if he needed no stick to walk, he would walk with one, why they are marvellous. Here in Europe you find only cane , nothing spécial...

Many thanks and greetings from here, best wishes for your wife! We meet soon again, there is a modell with antler handle, if available and not gone i ll take it next month! I was looking next for a Shillalegh spelling?

I didn't see any but if you do make them I'd be greatly interested!! You sir are a true craftsman THANK YOU HM-1 Ostrowski. I just wanted to let you know we received the Betty Boop walking stick on Thursday and my Mom began using it that evening.

The true test was her taking it to the mall with her on Friday to meet friends. She said it helped tremendously and she wasnt nearly as sore when she came home.

She loves showing it off and has been taking it with her everywhere. All her friends want to know where she found such a cute cane. Its quite a show-piece for her.

Im not sure how I can thank you or tell you how much it means to me that she is happy to use the walking stick and that she is in less pain after her little outings. Plus I dont worry as much about her losing her balance and falling.

And, of course, thank you for sending it out so quickly. Youre a wonderful man that is improving the quality of life for many people, not only those that use your beautiful walking sticks but for their families that care for them as well. I have used the walking stick since I got home from the hospital on Friday. That I have been able to depend on it in so many ways has been an invaluable help.

I had spinal fusion surgery on my back and knew I wouldn't want to rely on some beaten up theatrical prop whose purpose wasn't designed to support an adults weight. I knew I didn't want to fall because a cheap stick or handle broke at the wrong time. For those getting walkers, you can't maneuver walkers everywhere or easily. At any rate, this stick is virtually indestructible and looks nice to top it all off. Thank you so much, Harry R.

From Pastor Jess in California. Thank you very much for the 3 canes. They are just the right size for two elderly women I know in separate churches and I know they are in need of a cane, so with your permission I would like to give a cane to each of them. I know God gets all the Praise & Glory but I will let them know that they were custom made by you for them.

Thanks again Tony & God bless you for your help. PS not only are your canes works of art but also an instrument in helping someone to move around safely. I cant thank you enough. FROM ARTIE IN NEW YORK DEC.

HERE IS A PERSONAL NOTE I JUST RECEIVED: [parts altered for privacy]. This is for my daughter, who is heading out on the AT. I love this one- it needs to be about 40 " her elbow height is 40", she is only 5.2 so do you recommend a wee bit taller than 40? And I would like to get a monogrammed plate on it, along with your traditional leash/handle and whistle. I gave my dad one of your walking sticks on his 80th birthday- he uses it always and gets so many compliments on it. He will be 90 this August.... You created it with a brass horsehead from a fireplace set. And since he is from Louisville, it couldn't be more perfect. So should we attribute his longevity to your walking stick? Please let me know what other information you need for the basic hiking stick. Here is an UNSOLICITED endorsment from an author in Marthas' Vinyard. It is now 5 months since I shattered my kneecap and I will be going into surgery tomorrow for a little fine tuning.

I would not have made it through the last 5 months without the aid of your marvelous canes. It has now turned into my workhorse cane throughout my recovery and rehabilitation. For those of us going through a rough patch during the course of our rehabilitation we have developed a dependence upon your products and derive both strength and confidence in their durability and fashionability. Throughout my rehabilitation I could have survived without your products but it would not have been either as pleasurable or as much fun Sincerely, Christopher Knowles. Hi Walking stick just arrive.

Thanks and Happy New Year Ted. Lynn found a gift for her father. I cannot BELIEVE that I found this walking stick for my father! He is 81 and this is EXACTLY what he wanted! I can't believe that I didn't find it sooner.

I see that you are in Virginia. I will be glad to pay the extra. You are a real artist! KIRK FOUND JUST THE RIGHT STICK FOR HIS DAD!!

Tony, may I put your store address on our website? All my buddies are jealous of my canes and you know I think your work is top notch. Please let me know your feeling. Thanks again and best wishes. FROM A LAWER IN TEXAS.. Perfect size, love the initials, and love the birthdate you put on there. I don't recall that on the other stick but I guess it was there, too.
